Culver city

This up and coming neighborhood is one of our favorites due to its warm family atmosphere and its proximity to restaurants, nightlife, and public transportation. With a top tier school system, and an influx of new jobs, we put Culver City near the top of our list of favorite neighborhoods in Los Angeles.

Mid City is one of the best neighborhoods in Los Angeles with its central location close to Hollywood, Downtown, and West Los Angeles. Sprinkled with Historic Preservation Overlay Zones (HPOZ’s), this area thrives on combining old world charm, and new world qualities. Mid City is quickly becoming one of the most sought after neighborhoods with its new restaurants, public transportation improvements and influx of new development.

silverlake & Eagle Rock

Two of Los Angeles’s most walkable neighborhoods with a fantastic edgy feel and vibe. Each one rapidly changing with the addition of more millennials and the influx of investment and growth. Both pockets rely on their proximity to Downtown Los Angeles as a major job center, in addition to the San Fernando Valley. Their unique hipster vibe further personifies these fantastic communities.

Pacific Palisades

One of Los Angeles’s best kept secrets, this little village has all the feelings of a suburban small town. Even though it has some of the priciest real estate in the entire city; the community, and recently opened Palisades Village really set this neighborhood apart. With strong schools, a great family atmosphere, and brand new attractions, Pacific Palisades remains one of the top real estate destinations in Los Angeles.

Santa Monica

This once sleepy beach city has evolved tremendously over the last 10 years. With great attractions like the 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica Place, Montana Avenue, Main Street and countless restaurants and shops, it’s no wonder Santa Monica is one of the region’s most sought after addresses for both residents and businesses alike.
